Puzzle solution
The game won't give you much help when it comes to actually solving the puzzle, but with all sixteen of its pieces in your pocket, now is the time to put them all together. You can do so by pausing the game and selecting the 'puzzle' option.
Trial and error is your best friend here, as the game will 'lock in' any pieces that you put in the right place. If you'd rather save some time, the solution is below.

To witness the game's secret ending, revisit the 'Resolution' level and interact with the computer. When you climb down into the sewers, the dialogue will change quite a lot - and you'll get a few rewards for your trouble!
