7. How to Get The Bliss Secret Ending
Now let’s talk about the two brand-new endings that are both exclusive to the remake. The first one is called Bliss, and it's a really bleak and unsettling conclusion to the game. The way you unlock this ending is by doing 4 key things in the game.

Retrieve the Rusted Key from Pete’s Bowl-O-Rama using code 1887.

Find the chest in the Brookhaven Hospital Gazebo.

Combine the Rusted Key and chest to obtain White Claudia.

Make James drink the White Claudia before playing Mary’s tape in Room 312.
After you have done these 4 things, you will see James has erased his pain entirely and it just leaves you asking a lot of questions.
