In the game's 'final chapter', Showdown, you'll come face-to-face with the kingpin's two pet panthers. They're vicious little monsters that take two good swings of a trophy to the head before going down for good, and this achievement tasks you with taking them down while wearing their faces. Creepy!
To get your hands - or, rather, face - on the Panther mask (AKA Brandon), you'll need to beat the game's second epilogue chapter, 'Fun & Games', with a score of at least 23500. The character you control in these epilogue chapters can only use one weapon, so playing quickly and focusing on combos is recommended. You should also save your throwing knives for the level's upper floor, as the gun-wielding enemies here can be very annoying to kill without them.
Once you've unlocked the mask, replay the Showdown chapter with it equipped. The achievement will be yours after you kill the panthers.
