This achievement unlocks upon completion of Chapter 15, Showdown. It's a short level; the ground floor tests your accuracy with one double-barrel shotgun and two melee-proof brutes, while the only other floor houses a boss fight that will test your patience - but with enough practice, you'll take him down without breaking a sweat.
The fight is broken up into three fairly simple phases, explained below.
- The Panthers - Run to the eastern side of the room, grab a trophy, and hit both panthers twice to kill them.
- The Assassin - Throw the trophy at her immediately, then perform two ground executions.
- The Boss - Grab the assassin's knives, and throw two of them at the boss.
The third phase always gives me trouble thanks to the boss's incredibly quick trigger fingers. You can block some bullets with the fountains in the arena and wear a mask like the rabbit (AKA Graham) for a speed boost if you want to try outrunning the bullets, but it mostly comes down to luck. To nudge the odds in your favour, try to kill the assassin when she's near a fountain, and lock on to the boss if you're struggling to actually hit him with the knives, too.
When he's dead, you can breathe a sigh of relief - the hard part is over! Answer the phone, grab a pistol, and take the elevator up - you'll get this achievement when the credits roll.
